The South Knox School Board held a public hearing last night on the proposed 2018 budget. The estimated 14 million dollar budget was finalized during last night’s South Knox School Board session.
The new budget contains around eight and a half million dollars for the Corporation’s General Fund. South Knox officials say this year’s budget is a slight increase from last year.

The final Corporation property tax rate for 2018 pay-2019 will be set after D-L-G-F officials review the South Knox budget. That session is expected in February of next year.
