Two People Arrested in Pike County Returned to Knox County to Face Warrants

Knox County Sheriff’s deputies returned two people from Pike County to face failure to appear charges in Knox County.
Both 27 year-old James W. Birge from Vincennes, and 26 year-old Joboa Mullins from Winslow, were found and arrested in Pike County. Both face charges in Knox Superior Court Two. Birge’s original charge is public intoxication, filed in December of last year; Mullins’ case is for driving while suspended, filed in January of this year.
Both are being held without bond in Knox County Jail. The two cases are un-related.
