A Vincennes man was sentenced to ten years earlier today following acceptance of a plea agreement in a Knox County court.
Robert Like admitted to one count of child molesting, in a case that happened just over a year ago. Like was arrested on a child molesting charge at an Upper Eleventh Street home in February 2017. The arrest followed a joint investigation between the Vincennes City Police and Indiana Department of Homeland Security.
The agreement was accepted by Special Judge Dean Sobecki; it was agreed to in an earlier change-of-plea hearing. Robert Like’s defense attorney and Knox County Prosecutor Dirk Carnahan presented the document agreeing to both the guilty plea and the sentence.
