The Vincennes Board of Works will get its turn to approve an interlocal agreement for the Pantheon Theater on Monday. The agreement would help set up a combined Vincennes City-Knox County management group to develop the Pantheon building. InVin currently owns the facility; they would deed the building over the combined City-County group. It would be made up of two members each representing the City of Vincennes and Knox County; the fifth member would be from InVin.
The last involved group to consider approval is the Knox County Commissioners. The Board could consider approving the agreement as early as their April second meeting. The Commissioners are expected to also approve the interlocal measure.
The Board is also expected to address two other important issues. The first is a proposed installation of monitoring wells, and the other is opening of bids for renovation of the Gimbel Corner wall.
