Vincennes Police arrested a Vincennes man this morning following a disturbance at a 13th Street home.
Officers found 26 year-old Sebastian Ballew allegedly acting disorderly. Police also claim Ballew resisted arrest before being taken into custody.
Ballew was booked into the Knox County Jail on four-thousand dollars bond.
