When Is WZDM 92.1 Open?
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30pm (Weekdays Only) (Holiday Hours vary- please call ahead during holidays)
What Do I Need To Pick Up My Prize?
You will need a valid driver’s license, or another government issued Photo ID, that has your mailing address. In some specific cases, (i.e. Trip Winners) parents or legal guardians will be required in-person to sign a waiver form on the winners behalf.
Can Someone Else Pick Up My Prize?
YES– However, if you want someone else to pick up your prize, you will need to do the following-
- Let us know in advance who is picking up your prize and their phone number.
- Send a signed letter from you stating you give permission for them to pick up the prize
- Photocopy your official ID (Drivers License, Birth Certificate or other official government issued ID that has your signature and address.
How Long Do I Have To Pick Up My Prize?
30 Days – unless arrangements have been made for an extended pick up time/date.
How Long Do I Have To Redeem My Prize?
Most prizes will have an expiration date listed on the prize. Other prizes may be determined by the Promotions Department.
