A Plainville man died Thursday after the vehicle he was working on fell on top of him.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department tells the Washington Times Herald 47-year-old Daniel Alexander died in the accident at 484 Marlatt Street.
Authorities say the jack holding the vehicle up fell out from under it.
Alexander was pronounced dead at the scene.
