Bicknell Police arrested 2 Vincennes Men early this morning at a location on McClure Street. 52-year-old Karl Tislow was charged with possession of Marijuana, Possession of Meth, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 48-year-old Elias Brock was also arrested at the scene for possession of meth and possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both men were booked into the Knox County Jail.
