The VU Lady Trailblazers picked up their 8th win of the season with a 100-44 victory over Rend Lake Saturday at the VU PE Complex.
VU was led in scoring by Fess Hawkins and her 20 points while grabbing 15 rebounds for the double-double effort. Jaynice Stovall added 14 points in the win.
The VU Lady Blazers are back in action at Mineral Area Wednesday.

Southwestern IL nipped Lincoln Trail 56-55. That’s the second loss of the season for LTC who in their 2 defeats have lost by a combined 3 points.
Wabash Valley downed John A. Logan 104-63.
