Clark split decisions with Linton in Jr. High Girls Basketball on Saturday. 7th grade lost 41-29 to Linton. Macy Sexton led Clark’s 7th grade effort with 14 points, 5 boards and 2 steals while Mattye Meadows added 10 points to go with 5 boards and 2 steals. Clark 7th Grade is now 3-4. The 8th Grade won 32-31 at Linton to improve to 4-3. Morgan Leehy had 14 points to go with 7 rebounds to lead the way for Clark.
Rivet Lady Patriots in Jr. High Basketball split decisions with Jasper. Rivet’s 7th grade lost to Jasper 28-24. for the 5-5 Rivet 7th Grade, they were led by Arianna Gerkin with 13 points, 10 boards, and 5 steals in the defeat. The 8th grade contest went the way of Rivet 37-34. For the 9-0 8th grade squad, they were led by Kenadee Frey’s 20 Points, 5 rebounds, and 2 steals. Arianna Gerkin added 8 in the effort. Rivet’s Jr. High Lady Patriots are off until January 5th when they host Washington.
