The Knox County Development Corporation Board learned about a plan to promote the U-S 41 Industrial Park, and its member businesses. K-C-D-C executive director Kent Utt says part of the plan is better signage to identify businesses in the Industrial Park.
The “Sites Available” billboard will be located on the recently-purchased Industrial Park grounds acreage. Utt knows there is quite an expense to use the billboards along U-S 41 to promote the Industrial Park.
Utt says the K-C-D-C worked with the billboards owner Lamar to negotiate a good price to use the existing boards. The Industrial Park “space available” billboards will be visible for traffic heading both directions on U-S 41 south of Vincennes.
