It was announced this afternoon that the Vincennes Housing Authority will be receiving just over 44-thousand dollars in a grant from the Office of Housing and Urban Development.
The money for the grant is part of the 2018 Family Self-Sufficiency Grants. Indiana is receiving in total of 1.243 Million dollars.
The Housing Authority of Terre Haute is receiving just over 100-thousand while the Housing Authority of Evansville is receiving just over 119-thousand dollars.
Overall, 14 agencies across the state are receiving Family Self-Sufficiency Grants.
