Vincennes University Head Basketball Coach Todd Franklin has signed transfer point guard Patrick Fisher to a Letter of intent to attend VU. The 6-0 Fisher is a native of Bloomington, Illinois and last year Play at Gavilan College in Gilroy, California. Fisher averaged 7.7 points, 5.4 assists, and 3.8 rebounds a game in his freshman season last year for a team that finished up 27-3.
