The Vincennes Cub League Complex will be the site for some all star tournament action this weekend as both the Southern Indiana 7 and under and 12 and under tournaments will take place this weekend.
Five teams will be involved in the 7 and under tourney as Vincennes, Mccutchanville, Newburgh, Posey county and South Gibson will compete. Pool play will take place on Friday and Saturday on the red and yellow diamonds with the championship round taking place on Sunday.
Four teams will compete in the 12 and under Southern Indiana State Tournament as teams from Vincennes, South Harrison, South Gibson and Newburgh will be competing. Play begins on Saturday and will wrap up on Sunday. The tourney champ will advance to the Ohio Valley Regional Tournament in Crown Point, Indiana on July 18th.
Ticket prices for the tournament action are $5 per day for adults and $2 per day for ages 6-15. Ages 5 and under are free. A tournament adult pass is $10 and a student tournament pass is $5,
