The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Loogootee man overnight for Operating While Intoxicated, Operating While Intoxicated with a Controlled Substance, Residential Entry, and Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury.44-year-old Jason Wagler is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 45-year-old David Stoll of Washington Tuesday on a warrant for two counts of Possession of a Syringe, two counts of Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and one count of Possession of Marijuana. Stoll is being held without bond.
Washington Police arrested 33-year-old Lisa Lemons of Washington Tuesday on a warrant for a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence and Driving While Suspended with a Prior Offense. Lemons is being held without bond.
And the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 25-year-old Thomas Hughey of Washington Tuesday on a warrant for a Petition to Revoke a Suspended Sentence. Bond was set at $25,000.
210 inmates were being held in the Daviess County Security Center Wednesday morning.
