One Vincennes attorney has been appointed by Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb to serve on the state’s Probate Code Study Commission.
Jeff Kolb was appointed to the position Tuesday by the governor. Kolb is an attorney with Kolb, Roellegan, and Kirkoff.
The Probate Code Study Commission deals with the laws associated with wills and their validity.
Kolb’s term with the commission is thru June of 2021.
