KC Health Department Holding Shot Clinic Tomorrow for Hep A Exposure at Vincennes Buffalo Wild Wings

The Knox County Health Department will hold a free event tomorrow for anyone who ate at a Vincennes restaurant around two weeks ago. the Department reports someone with Hepatitis-A may have handled food at Buffalo Wild Wings in Vincennes on either Sunday, June 30th, or Monday, July first.

The “Hep A” vaccination is recommended for anyone who hasn’t had the shot within the last ten years. Many school students have had the vaccination, since it is required for school admission since 2014. It was also required for incoming sixth graders and seniors starting last year.
