The South Knox 5th and 6th grade teams held their end of season tournament this weekend at South Knox. In the 5th Grade game, South Knox downed Vincennes Flaget 34-10. South Knox started strong with a 24-0 lead at halftime and never looked back.
For the South Knox 5th Grade, Ellie Burke and Kalissa Lavely each had 10. Reagan Harrington added 6. Flaget’s scoring came from Alli Stearns and Rachael Jacqumain as each scored 5.
In 6th Grade Action, North Knox downed South Knox 44-17. North Knox lead 9-3 after 1 and built the lead to 21-6 at the half. North Knox extended it ti 34-13 after 4 and outscored South Knox 10-4 in the 4th for the win.
Lexi Primus lead North Knox with 11. Delani Pryor scored 8 while Baylee McClure chipped in 7. Jade Richter put in 6. South Knox was lead by Madison Parrish’s 8 points.
