The North Knox School Board will seek bids for construction of a new indoor multipurpose facility. The building would be used as batting cages for baseball and softball, as well as driving cages for golf. The facility would be placed near the Corporation’s transportation barn.
The winning bid for the building is expected to be awarded at the North Knox School Board session on March eleventh.
In other business, the Board approved a new voice-over Internet telephone system for Corporation schools. A-M-E Group of Vincennes will handle the work for just over 50-thousand, 250 dollars. Existing internet fiber lines will provide connection for the system. Both requests were approved unanimously.
