Evansville Superintendent: Coronavirus Will Be Disruptive For Students

Evansville-Vanderburgh Schools superintendent, David Smith, doesn’t have any illusions about what it is going to be like going back to school during the coronavirus pandemic. Smith yesterday said the virus is going to be disruptive this year and talked about the plan for students to come back this fall.

Smith says that all kids will have to wear masks on the school bus and perhaps in the classroom, and if anyone in a class tests positive for the virus, the whole class will be quarantined.

Evansville Schools will send parents a back-to-school survey here in the next couple of days.
