Gregory “Frosty” Alan Robling, 65, Washington

Gregory “Frosty” Alan Robling, 65 of Washington, loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend too many passed away Saturday, November 7, 2020.

Greg was born April 1, 1955 to the late Melvin Robling and Mildred Charles. Before joining the military Greg was a Washington High School graduate, class of 1973.  He served as a Specialist in the United States Army and as a Sergeant in the Airforce. Greg attended Ivy Tech Community College and worked for the Daviess County Highway Department for many years. When not working Greg enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, fishing, and, mushroom hunting.

Greg is survived by; his loving daughters, Amber Whiteman, and Rhett Burton (Christopher); grandchildren, Ian and Brian Robling, Haley Burton, and Faith and Sarah Whiteman; great-grandchildren, Nora, Macie Xyler, and Axl; adoring sisters, Diana Werden (John), Tina Wittenmyer, Tammy Cochran (Mike); and brother, Scott Robling (Susan); and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by; his parents; a brother-in-law, Dave Wittenmyer; and his brother, Stephen Robling.

Family will be accepting visitors at Gill Funeral Home on Thursday, November 12, 2020 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. with a funeral following on Friday morning at 11:00 A.M. Burial will follow in Bethany Cemetery. You may leave an online condolence at www.gillsince1872.com.
