The man accused in a 2008 Knox County Rape Case is now in Knox County.
33-year-old Gustav Ryburn arrived at the Knox County Jail around 5:45 PM Sunday. Ryburn faces 2 counts of Rape while either using or threatening to use deadly force, burglary resulting in bodily injury, battery or battery by bodily waste, and strangulation.
Vincennes City Police officials, with the use of new technology update the sketch of the person wanted for a November 2008 Rape in January. Ryburn was caught by authorities in Florida in Late April.
Ryburn remains in the Knox County Jail on $75,000 bond with 10% allowed.
