The trial of Gibson County Clerk James Morrow for pointing a gun at someone has ended in a mistrial.

The judge declared the mistrial after the jury said it could not reach a verdict.

Morrow was charged with one count of Pointing a Firearm and two counts of Criminal Recklessness Committed with a Deadly Weapon.

Investigators say Morrow pulled a gun on someone during an argument inside Sam’s Food Mart in Gibson County back in 2019.

Prosecutors have not yet said whether they will seek a new trial.
