The Vincennes Farmers Market will open for the season this Saturday at the Riverfront Pavilion. The Pavilion is located at Second and Busseron Streets in Vincennes.
This year’s market has expanded to include the area outside the Pavilion, on Busseron Street between First and Second. Market director Shirley Rose says the expanded area onto Busseron Street will be well used, by both food trucks and regular vendors.
Rose also reminds everyone the Farmer’s Market isn’t just about purchasing produce. There will also be various crafts and other items for sale at various booths on Market days.
The Market will be open from Saturday through late October, conditions permitting.
