Doris Decker Dolkey, 92, passed away on February 28, 2023, at Good Samaritan Hospital. Doris was born on March 31, 1930, in Lawrence County, IL, the daughter of Isaac and Catherine (Farris) Fuller. She married Howard Decker, and he preceded her in death. She then married Robert Dolkey and he also preceded her in death.
Doris was a member of Birds United Methodist Church, and later Rising Sun Church. She was a homemaker and helped her husband farm.
Survivors include her sons, Lance C. Decker and his wife, Susan, of Flat Rock, IL, Todd C. Decker and his wife, Jenelle, of Lawrenceville, IL, her grandchildren, Bridget, Brady, Alex, Madison, and Jocie, her great-grandchildren, Emily, Vivian, Olive, and Harry, and her sister, Sharon Pritchard and her husband, Wayne, of Flat Rock, IL. Doris is preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Catherine Fuller, and her brother, Milford A. Fuller.
There will be a graveside service at 11:30 A.M. CST on Friday, March 3, 2023, at Fuller Cemetery in Crawford County, Illinois, with Pastor Garth Wehwell officiating.
