A Vincennes man has been returned from Florida to face one count each of child molesting and child solicitation.
36 year-old Mark Marshall, Junior was charged with the counts between October of 2020 and August of this year. The alleged victims in the case were under 14 at the time of the accused incidents. Marshall is also charged with a single count of probation violation. The charges were filed in Knox Circuit court.
Marshall is being held without bond in the Knox County Jail. An additional 60-thousand dollar cash bond has also been issued, in case the probation violation charge is settled.
