Areas South of Knox County Affected by Morning Storms

This area was relatively untouched by a line of severe storms that struck southwest Indiana this morning.  However, strong winds and possible tornadoes affected parts of northern Vanderburgh and northern Warrick counties.
The line ripped through the area just after six-30 this morning Eastern time.  Reports from that area consist of damaged roofing, downed trees, and other wind damage.
Power was also out to some residents in Vanderburgh, Gibson, and Warrick counties north of I-64 and east of I-69.  WIN Energy reported a few scattered outages in Knox County near the 41-67 split, but no major problems in the area as a whole.
