Vincennes Police arrested a Vincennes man last night on a Knox Circuit Court warrant for burglary.
Officers found 45 year-old Roy Helton in the 400-block of North First Street. Helton was charged in an incident that allegedly happened on May 28th. He was booked into the Knox County Jai lon ten-thousand dollars bond.
