The Vincennes University Board has approved the findings of a year-long compensation review for reshaping packages for University workers. That includes University faculty and staff.
V-U Board chair Mike Sievers called the one year process “aggressive and successful.” School officials hope the packages are finalized by July first, for submission in new compensation packages. Chairman Sievers told Board members he is confident the new packages will help recruit and retain takent at Vincennes University.
