Indiana State Police arrested a Vincennes woman following a call to a location near 15th and Main Streets.
Troopers found 28 year-old Cara Kendall at the location. Kendall was charged with two counts– leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, and operating while intoxicated. No details of the accident have been released.
Kendall was booked into the Knox County Jail on four-thousand dollars bond
