Back to school time is a few weeks away– and the Knox County Health Department is ready to provide vaccinations for students needing them. Health Department director Alan Stewart reminds everyone the shots are vital to keep students– and those around them… safe.
The required back to school shots are free– either through private insurance plans, or a state-sponsored vaccination program.
