The City of Bicknell plans to dedicate their Heritage Circle at Northside Park on Saturday, August 31st. The ten a-m ceremony is part of the annual Bicknell Heritage Labor Day Festival.
The dedication event is expected to bring in a good-size crowd; anyone attending is encouraged to bring a lawn chair along for the dedication event. The ceremony is open to the public.
