The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced a closure next week of part of State Road 57 for a culvert replacement. The closure is set to start Tuesday,
The road will be closed in Gibson County near Buckskin. The closure affects 57 between Gibson County Roads 900 South and 950 South. The work will take two days to finish, weather allowing.
The official detour will use State Road 168, Interstate 69, and State Road 68. Local traffic will have access to the point of closure.
