A Hart Street restaurant has closed without little, if any, warning to the public. The Steak ‘n Shake on Hart Street just east of Kimmel Road has posted on its doors it has closed permanently. The notice also thanked their customers over the years for their visits to the restaurant. The reataurant opened in October of 2014– just under ten years ago.
The closure is very recent. As of yesterday afternoon, even though the building wsa empty, their inside touch-screen ordering board was still operating. No other information about the closure has been released. A picture of the closure notice is available with this story.
