Perdue Foods is recalling over 167,000 pounds of frozen chicken nuggets and tenders due to possible metal contamination.
The recall includes 22-ounce packages of Perdue Simply Smart Organics Breaded Chicken Breast Nuggets, 29-ounce packages of Perdue Chicken Breast Tenders, and 22-ounce packages of Butcherbox Organic Chicken Breast Nuggets.
The items were produced on March 23rd and have a best-by date of March 23rd, 2025.
They were shipped to retail locations across the country and sold online.
