The Duke Energy Foundation has granted the Unted Way of Knox County five thousand dollars toward cooling help to those needing it. The United Way of Knox County will use the funding to provide box fans for those needing them, due to recent hot weather.
The United Way of Knox county will use cae managers to get the fans to those they recogniize as most in need. The check was presented to United Way of Knox County director Mark HIll by Duke Energy’s Kurt Phegley.
