Knox County Health Department Getting Students “Back on Track” Monday of Next Week

The Knox County Health Department, in collaboration with MDWise, has announced its first-ever Back on Track Health Fair, a free event dedicated to supporting families and children as they prepare for the school year.
The fair will take place on Monday, September 23rd from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm in the First Street parking lot adjacent to the Medical Center of Vincennes.
It will feature participation from over 20 local organizations, offering a variety of free resources, giveaways, and valuable information.
You can catch up on immunizations, get your flu shot, and get on-site lead testing.
The event is free and open to the public.
No prior registration is required.
