The fifth annual “First City Music Festival” will be held in Vincennes from this evening, and runs the next four days, through this Sunday. It will be held over this days on the French Commons– otherwise known as the Rendezvous grounds, off Willow Street.
Nash Dunn is helping organize the festival. He credits hundreds of volunteers for helping them put th is on. The festival in some ways has been compared to the 1969 Woodstock festival; Dunn says there are some similarities.
Day pass tickets are 35 dollars for today and Sunday, 60 dollars for Friday, and 80 dollasr for Saturday. A whole weekend pass for tomorrow through Sunday is 180 dollars. No ticket prices include any added fees.
