The Knox County Sheriff’s Office says two people were arrested Monday morning following an investigation into a disturbance at 935 North McClure Road near Vincennes.
Deputies responded to a report of a physical altercation and a firearm being discharged.
Turned out there was not a physical altercation, and that 21-year-old Jayden Eakins fired a shot at 36-year-old Timothy Demoura after he broke the windows out of the car of 23-year-old Katelyn Holt.
Demoura left the scene before deputies arrived.
He was later arrested for Criminal Mischief and Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon.
Eakins was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm.
