Even though large numbers of people are turning out to vote early, or awaiting a vote on Election Day, Knox County officials expect their jobs to stay the same. Hinkle himself will be out of office on New Year’s Day, as Tim Ellerman the Second will take over Hinkle’s seat in Commissioners’ District Two. The other two Commissioners– Kellie Streeter and T-J Brink– are Commissioner holdovers for 2025.
