Mary Elizabeth McRoberts, aged 85, a beacon of love and friendship, passed away on October 29, 2024, in Vincennes, IN. Born to Blythe and Mary “Morre” McRoberts on July 10, 1939, in Browns, IL, she enriched the lives around her with her wisdom and kindness.
Mary devoted her career to serving as an activity director, where her creativity and passion for crafting, sewing, knitting, and crocheting brought joy to many. Her commitment to her faith was evident in her long-standing membership with the Upper Indiana Presbyterian Church before she began attending Bethany Christian Church.
Her warm spirit will be remembered by her beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews who survive her, as well as her friends and community. Mary was preceded in death by her loving parents and her brothers, Tom and Jim McRoberts.
Her legacy of loving friendship will continue to inspire all who knew her.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at the Memorial Park Cemetery.
