The Triple A Motor Club says the average price of gas in Indiana Tuesday stood at $3.01 a gallon, three cents lower than Monday and three cents lower than Tuesday’s national average.
It was also two cents lower than a week ago, a penny lower than a month ago, and three cents lower than a year ago. Vincennes prices are holding the line, averaging near or just below 2-80 per gallon in many places.
Triple A also says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana Tuesday was $3.72 a gallon, a penny lower than Monday.
It was also two cents higher than a week ago, three cents higher than a month ago, and 54 cents lower than a year ago.
Tuesday’s average EV charging price in Indiana was 36 cents power kilowatt hour, the same as Sunday and a penny higher than the national average.
