The Triple A Motor Club says the average price of gas in Indiana Wednesday stood at $2.98 a gallon, a penny higher than Tuesday and 11 cents lower than Wednesday’s national average.
It was also eight cents lower than a week ago, six cents lower than a month ago, and eight cents higher than a year ago. As of now, gas prices vary in Vincennes, with prices ranging from the mid 2-80’s to nearly 3 dollars a gallon.
Triple A also says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana Wednesday was $3.63 a gallon, the same as Tuesday. That’s also a penny lower than a week ago, four cents lower than a month ago, and 25 cents lower than a year ago. Wednesday’s average EV charging price in Indiana was 36 cents per kilowatt hour, the same as Tuesday and a penny higher than the national average.
