A Vincennes man and a Palestine, Illinois man are among 11 defendants sentenced to a total of 123 years in federal prison in connection with a cartel-linked drug trafficking ring that used Midwestern train cars to smuggle fentanyl and methamphetamine.
46-year-old Zachary Polk of Vincennes was sentenced to just under 16-years in federal prison and five years’ supervised release for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.
47-year-old Matthew Wright of Palestine, Illinois was sentenced to 19-years and five years’ supervised release for Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.
