Elnora Man Arrested on Child-Related Crimes

An Elnora man faces various child pornography and other charges following his arrest by Daviess County Sheriff’s deputies. 26-year-old Ricky Russell is charged with Child Exploitation, Possession of Child Pornography, Inappropriate Communication with a Child, and Sex offender Internet Offense.
Russell is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
