KCEMA Receives 11-Thousand Dollar Grant from Duke Energy Foundation

The Duke Energy Foundation has given 11-thousand dollars to the Knox County Emergency Management Agency. The grant will be dedicated to emergency preparedness for either natural or man-made disasters.
The funding will be dedicated to updating needed emergency equipment for consistent use in case of an emergency. The grant is the latest in a long line of donations to various groups from the Duke Energy Foundation.
