“Write and Shine” Grant Given to Washington Catholic Elementary

      Washington Catholic Elementary has received a $250 Teaching Innovator Grant from the group Our Community Foundation.
     The grant will support Write and Shine: Early Literacy Exploration for Preschoolers.
      The Write and Shine Project’s purpose is to introduce preschoolers to early literacy skills through interactive, hands-on learning with LCD writing boards.
