Indiana University is among 60 colleges and universities that are being targeted by the U.S. Department of Education.
The DOE’s Office for Civil Rights warned IU and others that they could face enforcement actions if they don’t comply with Title VI (6) of the Civil Rights Act, but did not elaborate on what action is faced.
The government says the colleges and universities need to “protect Jewish students on campus.”
