An Evansville man is back in the Knox County Jail to face robbery and other charges out of Knox Circuit Court.
19 year-old Elijah Taylor was arrested in the 11-hundred block of Florida Street in Evansville on charges filed in January of this year. Taylor is charged with robbery with a deadly weapon; theft; battery with a deadly weapon; intimidation; and pointing a firearm.
Taylor was booked into the Knox County Jail on five-thousand dollars cash bond.

Vincennes University Police arrested a Columbus man last night following a pursuit that ended in the Vandeburgh Residence Hall parking lot.
Authorities tried to stop a vehicle driven by 19 year-old Samuel Louden. Police reports claim Louden tried to resist arrest before being captured on the V-U campus. He is charged with operating with a blood-alcohol level at least double the legal driving limit; resisting law enforcement; disordery conduct; reckless driving; and minor consumption. He was booked into the Knox County Jail on five-thousand dollars bond.
