Daviess County Arrest Roundup

Indiana State Police arrested a Francisco woman in Daviess County Tuesday for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Syringe, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Operating while Impaired with a Controlled Substance.
      32-year-old Rachel Ann Harris is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
      The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested 18-year-old Anthony Wayne Wininger Tuesday on a warrant for Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
      Wininger is being held on $150,000 bond.
      And Washington Police arrested 54-year-old Shelby Jean Cash of Washington Tuesday for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Greater than .15%.
      Cash is being held without bond.
